I recently had a hot water heater go down at a rental property – I called Brent at Gibbon and that was all I had to do. From there Brent looked after the rest. It was a very challenging removal and installation – Brent and his technicians did not miss a beat – they tackled the difficult job and did a pile of extra work to remove and install the new tank in the tight confines of the mechanical closet. Then I received the bill, expecting to pay some extra for the difficult installation, only to find no extra was charged – just a simple note that said “we looked after that for you” I would definitely recommend Brent and his team at Gibbon.
